Hey, I looked into it and will likely qualify for instate in MSU and not in Michigan because of not having two years of middle school but will still try. Yes my parents said they would ideally like to spend 50-60K including residency unless it is a top tier university. I did message admission counselors for the schools I listed in the original post asking if I apply as International or not. Do I have less chance of being admitted as an international? Thankyou
