Maybe look at DePauw. They seem to have a decent journalism program. Also offer nice merit aid. I think I noticed it more because I watch too much CNBC and know Jon Fortt went there as did James B. Stewart.
- edited to add that I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone rave about the local town however, but I don’t have any view on it.
