<p>Florida State University’s main governing body approved the increase and implementation of several fees for the 2008-2009 school year, including the facility fee of $20 a semester as well as a $2 per credit hour for the construction of a new student health and wellness center and eventual improvements to the Oglesby Student Union.</p>
