possible?

ok thanks so much guys…just another quick question tho…

i was going to take my last SAT 2 in Dec instead of Nov actually because I think getting 760+ on all 3 tests in one sitting would be kind of hard, but I just heard from a college advisor that Dec test scores might not get sent to the colleges (i’m applying for reg decision by the way) b/c it’s kind of a tight squeeze with the deadline date of Jan 1…

is that true? b/c i don’t want to take hte risk of colleges not getting my scores b/c Collegeboard accidentally forgot to send it…

Did anybody take the SAT 2’s in Dec and send them for regular decision?

If the deadline is January 1, then generally (if not always–I really don’t know) the December SAT is acceptable. I didn’t take any tests in December so I don’t know by experience. I think schools are a bit flexible on SAT score reports and allow score reports to arrive after the January 1 deadline. For example, Princeton says:

[Princeton University | Application Dates & Deadlines](http://www.princeton.edu/admission/applyingforadmission/deadlines/)

As you can see, some colleges even accept the January SAT. If you are worried about some sort of delay on the College Board’s part, then you could try rush reporting. If you look up your question or the phrase “rush reporting” on this site (or Google), you’ll probably hear a lot about a lot of students worried about the same exact thing.
