There you go. Thanks columbiastudent!

…although I don’t see how the third link is at all relevant. The comments were really insulting and put USC in a bad light for me. That’s about it for the utility of that.

I just googled “USC transfer student housing” and these links popped up. You are right, it’s not relevant, what was I thinking? :p

this is so irrelevant - pity me- I don’t know what I was thinking.

^So that’s what students do when they are up late (studying, I’m sure) and want to take a break (?!)

unfortunately.

It really depends on when you are admitted. If you get admitted in May or June you have a very good chance at university housing. July and it’s a crapshoot. Unfortunately, transfers are at the mercy of the college from which they are tranferring. Students from semester schools ending in May have a huge advantage finding housing as they tend to get in earlier.

Also, it will depend on the size of the Freshman class, so the advice to call the housing office is actually very good. Once May 1 comes around they will have a good idea of the Transfer housing outlook for Fall 09.

BTW, you can’t apply until you are formally admitted, but can apply before you commit.

Very very helpful, thank you trojanchick.
