No, don’t. At this point it’ll annoy Admissions which certainly didn’t admit you because it was x number of hours but because of what you accomplished. If you lied on the actual achievement and it’s verifiable, then yes you’re in trouble, but the number of hours, at this point, doesn’t matter (and didn’t matter much in your application either).
