<p>If you did really well for like the first 45-60 seconds of the Presentational Speaking but kind of froze up and left the last 30-60 seconds blank would you automatically get a 1 on that section? Or is it possible to get a 2 out of five? In general, do you have to talk for the entire amount of time allotted to get 3+ out of 5 on the speaking sections?</p>
