for the class of 2013, SCEA admit rate was just over 13% for decisions announce in December. However when you factor in the decisions announce in April, SCEA applicants were admitted at slightly over 17%. The SCEA pool always offers up stronger applicants, so the deffered candidates do relatively well in the RD round of decisions.
