I know these whole “Chance me!” posts get pretty old, but I am definitely stressing over which college to attend, so I suppose I will find either reassurance or a new direction by asking.

I am obviously interested in UGA–mostly because I reside here (I am military and move every 2-3 years)–and am a Lowndes High School junior.
l have a 4.0 unweighted GPA, and I am unsure of my weighted GPA at this point. Because I am military, my school stripped me of my weight, taking off all my AP and Pre-AP and Honors points (which make up the majority of my classes). This affected my class rank, obviously, but I am still miraculously in the top 10%.
I have not taken the SAT or ACT, but I am taking the ACT on June 9. Based on practice tests, I expect to do well. Because practice tests are indefinite, what score would probably solidify my chances? I am also interested in the Honors program, but I know this is difficult to get into, so we’ll see.
For extracurricular activities, I was in NJHS, NHS, a youth group, and Bands of Tomorrow; I was also a CHS Cheerleader (regretful). This Summer, I am set to volunteer in a nursing home and in a clinic, totaling approximately 100 hours. I worked at Sears last Summer (25-35 hours a week), and currently work at Wild Adventures (20-25 hours a week). I also won the Lowndes High School Creative Writing Contest.
So, with all that laid out, how are my chances? Please be brutally honest. I am hoping for scholarships, so if I even gain acceptance, what do you perceive me earning?
I am going to major in Biology on the Pre-Med track. Any thoughts? Is it too rigorous to complete with a high GPA? I gave up modeling opportunities in order to pursue a clinical profession (the agency was pushing for home-schooling and taking off time to pursue only modeling) , so I am hoping I made the right decision.
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration,
