<p>I don’t know too much about RISD, however I do think that since you are a transfer student they are probably looking for a more specialized portfolio. I’m not sure what you are trying to major in from looking at your work (for example I wouldn’t include too many photographs if I was aiming for an illustration related program and vice versa). I would say find your strong point and send your work to the RISD admissions officers prior to admission. They probably have some sort of portfolio review program for potential students. I’m sure there is probably someone who can tell you directly if you’re portfolio stacks up, and if they tell you its not good enough they can probably work with you to create a good portfolio. </p>
<p>My cousin got in with a scholarship out of high school, but he has never showed me any of his work lol.</p>
