Wheaton (MA), U. of Puget Sound (WA), U. of Hartford (CT), SUNY Purchase, and SUNY Fredonia are some schools that I didn’t see mentioned yet that your D may want to consider.
Is there a budget that needs to be met?

I’d check out Rochester Institute of Technology. They’re best known for STEM but it’s a unique school that also has strong visual arts programs.

I advised a similar student this past application cycle. Here are some schools from their list that seem to fit:
-Warren Wilson College
-Radford University
-Sarah Lawrence College
