alamemom - alright well i’m obviously not planning on going to college instate. thank you.

haavain- yes yes i understand it’s expensive. its more like hopping to a second home, though, as i have family out there. im willing to risk going out there as for the lifestyle i want to lead and the career i have decide to go into, georgia has nothing that i need.

Thanks everyone for your input! This obviously is more confusing that is seems, so i’ll definitely need to do my research! =)

That is fine. A California community college will cost you about $20,000 per year, a CSU about $35,000 and a UC about $50,000 per year - if you are okay with that, I certainly am.
Well, other than an inexpensive, in-state higher education…

I would go to USC, I don’t think you could get into the ultra prestigious ones like Berkly or Stanford but USC is a great school. However anything you do will be pricey we are talking maybe 80 grand plus over four years. There is no way you can get in state tuition unless you have lived in Cali for a few years. If your family owns any property there you may be able to claim residency, other than that there is really no way.

yea, USC is my dream school. but its obviously a big dream!
i’ll just have to see what my parent’s are willing to hand out the money for. i’m sure they’ll do whatever it takes to make sure i get what i want. im just frustrated at my lack of effort put in during high school - if only i knew then what i know now!

endicott proposes i good point… going to school in ga and working in cali during the summer… hadn’t even thought of that!

i want to major in something along the lines of Fashion merchandising/management and minor in journalism/writing.
