Triaging covid-19 calls is not something a pre-med can do. It requires clinical experience with taking PT Hx. Medical students with clinical experience (current MS3-4, but not current MS1-2) are being tapped to do this.
However, pre-meds with experience in providing technical support for video calls, video conferencing or general computer tech support may be welcomed.
