Predicted IB over SAT?

I’ve never heard of this happening and -when you think about it- taking predicted IB scores over SAT scores makes no sense. Predicted IB scores are essentially your “letter grade before the final”. They’re computed from your performance on IAs and in class and are used by -most- colleges only when your school does not provide real letter grades (A, B, C…).
Schools don’t typically throw out SAT scores in favor of letter grades (GPA, transcript, what have you) since the two are measures of different things.
