A trip to Georgetown will convince you to stay in Bloomington :). OK, the Georgetown area is not all that bad, but it’s expensive and I’ll take Mother Bear’s over any G-town fodder. And neither has subway.
Kidding aside, if you want to get some more info about where the pre-law kids go from IU, then the IU pre-med / pre-law / pre-dent office (there is such a thing with an impossible to remember name) should be able to tell you. Also, IU has some very well regarded programs (SPEA for example) and research opportunities that may make you stand out some more.
