IU is a top research institution, and provides a lot of resources that will set you up for success. You would be taking classes at the #11 best law school in the nation, among public universities.The faculty here are incredible. You might as well apply, IU is generous with scholarships. (Also, you should consider a minor at Kelley if you’re worried about prestige)
