Previous acceptance and waiving applications

Will it hurt my chances to apply transfer into a school that accepted me but I didn't go?

My D transferred out after freshman year. She applied to two or three schools she had applied to the year prior and was not only accepted to all of them, but they honored the original merit package as well. They still had her information on file; she just had to send her freshman year grades. As far as the portfolio, I would call admissions and ask. Good luck!
