You’d think Forbes would have the sense to control for the size of the school, Princeton being smaller than any of these–in nearly every case, much smaller. Maybe there aren’t any quants on Forbes’s staff?

<p>I don’t think such a practice was necessary, except perhaps if someone wanted to use the ranking to gauge their relative chances of being a billionaire if he or she were to go to those schools.</p>
