Principal Nomination

<p>Principal nomination means they rank how they want their nominees to get it. Of the 10 he/she nominated for that slot at the academy, you have priority for having the nomination to get in assuming you are fully qualified (I’m sure you are). Hope that’s not confusing.</p>

<p>Keep in mind, LOA’s are only offered to something like 200 of the eventual 1600 or so appointments. I got senate nom in November, congressional in December, appointment (Never got an LOA) in March. So, yes, waiting sucks, but it doesn’t mean your out of the game in the least!</p>
