<p>I am 99% certain that the Navy will not pay for ROTC students to have laser eye surgery. Midshipman at USNA are sent to Bethesda all the time for the surgery though. If someone wants the surgery simply wait until they are commissioned, they can then get it done at no cost. I would recommend waiting until after college anyway, your prescription is probably still changing and that’s not a good thing if you want to go under the laser.</p>
