Pors, you just lifted my spirits more than I think you know.

I’m torn between a volunteer internship at a congressman’s district office or helping at a nun-run home for the elderly.

moral goodness vs. future connections. hmm.

I’m off to a banquet celebrating the 100 awesomest teens in Memphis. It promises to be dead boring. Catch you kids later.

Don’t want to give those law schools the wrong impression about your morals. Go for the connections.

I’m going to India!!

so?

its all dirty and stuff

joking, joking.

india’s cool…but it is crazy crowded. really annoying to get around.

lol, actually it depends where you are. my relatives are mostly in the south right near the Indian Ocean along the coast - called Visakhapatnam or Vizag. But our native village where my mom and dad are from is a little 3-4 hour drive from Vizag, and that place is amazing. I mean, I haven’t seen better nature than that. The mountains, fields, sky, it’s so pleasant. and the house i stay in the village is huge. in the us it would be like a million dollar home or something, very spacious with a huge central balcony kinda thing with like lots of rooms, an upstairs with an A/C - fully hitech-at least for a native villange standards.

yeah, we actually donated some of our land to get a high school built for the village and the surrounding areas. It’s doing so well now. before, there was just an elementary school and students would have to move out far to go to high school when many wouldn’t bother, but now, with the opportunity to go, it’s very good for them. we’re planning on building maybe a dormitory for the students. um, just to clarify something, we’re not really rich, it’s just we like to do community service and give back…

dude…you should totally put that down on apps. haha.

yea being a white kid going to india…i obviously went to the tourist attractions.

***? i keep getting interviews who i know of.

why are you an awful child?

something to do with forgetting to do the dishwasher last night?

I’ve been shunned from the family today.

haha. thanks bob. well, i was considering that, but when i talked to some graduates they said that talking about parents’ accomplishments is not going to show the admissions team any of my qualities unless i somehow talk about how i help it out. idk. kinda late now. maybe i’ll consider that for med school applications. maybe do something like talk to the kids about college or maybe teach a class on something. idk. maybe computers. we’ll see. haha. shunned? daily lifestyle of teens…

hahahahha youve been shunned.

my parents arent around enough to shun me.
