I don’t really consider Texas to be South, but Southwestern University might fit the bill. Beautiful campus, laid back feel. Does have some Greek, no sure how prevalent the feel of it is on campus. Some one else mentioned Hendrix in Conway AK. Similar laid back feel, beautiful, heavily treed campus.
Thanks for your recommendations, everyone! I’ll check them out. By the way, I’m a woman. I also want a college that’s racially and socioeconomically diverse, if possible.
