Uh oh look out kelly thinks she ‘got’ me. Your conclusions from my old posts are over interpreting. The only thing I said was that my degree in math proved useful in the sense that it helped me transition into a different area of study/employment. Thats it. They said nothing at all about value of WHERE it came from. I could have gotten the same degrees anywhere esle for thousands of dollars less and I have no doubt in my mind the outcome would have probably been the same. I would LOVE to hear why my math degree from Nova is more valuable than a math degree from Rutgers, University of Delaware, or Penn State (which all cost less). I’m all ears.

And yes you are right I have a negative view about higher education. People should REALLY learn how student loans work and why college tuitions sky rocket. It is because of flat out greed, it is simple as that and it appears VU participates actively in the student loan bubble. Just because a lot of other schools do the same thing is no excuse to constantly raise tuition, especially when grads face the worst job market in generations.
