Yes, I did read that section you linked, I understand about the credits. My question is whether you are understanding the residency policy correctly. From my read on the section I linked above, it appears you only need 2 years and I see no mention of the first year not counting that you reference. I would DEFINITELY clarify that today when you speak to them, because that may be a misunderstanding. Let us know what you find out and GOOD LUCK! I know you’ve worked very hard for this and been wishing for it for a long time.
