Grrrrr… they rescheduled DH’s follow-up appointment and made it for a time I absolutely canot make. It took a call or two and having to use the “I cant cancel more of my own patients” card and reminding them politely that they messed up already a time or two to get them to bend the rules and get us another appointment time. So we wait…
