Provost Scholarship

@Clover2018 I know too many applicants who were heavily relying on their test scores to get them to the highest threshold regarding merit money. They are in a panic now upon hearing that scores will not determine awards.

3.82 is a stellar GPA.

I wish they would publish their award matrix like other schools.

They may be extremely conservative right now and like others have posted, they may be releasing more awards over the coming months once they see how many are actually submitting enrollment deposits.

@fanoffriends I believe the reason that they don’t publish a scholarship table is because the cutoffs vary based on the strength of the incoming class. Essentially, the accepted students are ranked and then delegated scholarship amounts based on that.

I also wouldn’t be surprised if they are skimping on Provost + Dean’s scholarship money due to COVID. Since they aren’t endowed, it makes sense for them to cut down on award amounts to save money, especially if they don’t plan on laying off any faculty.

@Clover2018 Any chance DD is applying to JSOM?
