I’m new at this (my plebe starts in July too), so others chime in. But as a physician, I always accept properly documented immunization records. They probably will on I-Day. It would be irresponsible (and expensive) to ignore them. But I would strongly advise you to get your shots ASAP (they want the records by the end of May). If your doctor can’t get you in, call your local health department, an urgent care, or just another doctor who accepts your insurance. I BET if you call your doctor and leave a message that you have an appointment to a service academy and need some shots in a hurry, he or she will get you in. Play the military service card. You have earned it!
