<p>Due to late approval of medical waiver, dd’s blue binder and other paperwork hasn’t arrived yet. Several questions:</p>

<li>For late approvals, does the PTR paperwork arrive with the binder, or does dd have to send in her acceptance, then wait for more paper?</li>
<li>What happens regarding any paperwork deadlines, since we don’t even have it yet?</li>
<li>From various threads, it looks like some people are accessing paperwork through the CIS. Did you have to turn in an acceptance before gaining access to that info? How long after sending in your acceptance did it take to gain access?</li>
