If you’re a California resident and you got into a UC and into the CS major, then go there, as it’s likely half the costs of Purdue OOS. You’re right in the state where it’s at for CS 
If you really don’t like UCR, you also have the option of finding a CC with a TAG to a UC you’re interested in.
If your parents can pay both without a worry about the price (ie.? they don’t need loans, they can pay “out of pocket” from their income and savings), then and only then keep Purdue on the table.
