<p>The first thing that I do when I wake up in the morning is turn on the shower. Then I do 100 pushups and get in the shower (which is hopefully hot by that point - you never know in cold Alaska winters). Try something simple like that to introduce pushups into your routine. Exercising first thing makes me feel a lot more awake and aware during the day, but that may just be me. Find something that works for you and stick with it.</p>
