Question about Advanced Standing Exams?

What Super6 means is that you *have to * take the advanced standing exam to get credit for those courses. You cannot get credit via AP exams, even with a 5.

You can get credit for calc 18.01 and Bio 7.012 from the 5s on AP tests. If you got a 5 on both parts of physics C, you also get credit for 8.01 (mechanics) only, which makes no sense, but there it is. This is all spelled out in the class of 2009 link.
