<p>Question If you make a different version of your Common App is the ID number on the bottom of the teachers evaluation , mid year reports the same?</p>
<p>If not you could run into a problem- my daughters school ask for only 1 copy and they copy them and send them to the schools directly. Different numbers could be on the bottom of the reports. Can someone who has made several versions answer this question?</p>
