<p>You won’t be able to transfer that quickly, because you’ll need a few quarters’ worth of courses to change to the CoE. Once you have all the necessary courses though, all you have to do is get a few signatures. <p>If you mean 3.46 UC GPA…not to sound harsh, but UCD is a reach regardless of major in that case. Your chances are slightly higher than if you were to apply as engineering initially (engineering admits by department last I checked, as opposed to the college as a whole as Letters and Science does), but they’re still pretty low. That said, that’s not to say you shouldn’t apply; you never know until you try, after all.</p>
