<p>yes, you need to download the software to run Course Reg from a non-BC computer. The Agora portal is just that, a portal which links to other BC servers. The course registration server is so-80’s and still runs in DOS, which requires a separate window (for which you need the sw). Follow the link on the upper left.</p>
