Probably not…unless one of your parents resides in Texas now.
But read the eligibility criteria for instate tuition at Texas public universities for sure.
Since you currently reside NOT in any U.S. state, it’s very likely that you will be considered an out of state resident for financial aid, and admissions purposes.
In the following thread from August, you state your residency is Texas…so which is it…
Also, did you already apply to and get accepted to college? If so, you should know your Texas status…as it would have needed to be defined on your application. You didn’t graduate from a Texas high school…so that would red flag any attempt at claiming Texas residency.
