<p>As hard as I plugged the Big Green Egg on page 1 of this thread, I think others here have found the same benefits in other charcoal grills, including Weber branded products. </p>
<p>These aren’t the birdbath-style charcoal grills that dad cooked on; these are quality ovens that are both convenient and capable of rendering gourmet fare.</p>
<p>And, yes, Thanksgiving turkey on the grill can be cooked fast, with moisture retained, and creates room in the kitchen for other cooking and visiting while diminishing some of the commotion.</p>
