We had these notebook-sized holographic ones from 5th-8th grade and teachers would make it mandatory to write in them. There was actually a specific section on the board to copy in to your planner daily. Some teachers would even make parents sign the bottom of the page every week. Also, if you lost your planner, you were forced to pay $5 to get a new one. It was really lame.</p>
<p>I had to also, although I’m no where near Florida. I hated it, and continue to hate it, especially when teachers tell the class to “write in your school planner”. Uhg. Sends shivers down my back everytime. For a school that’s so focused on everyone’s differentt learning styles you think they wouldn’t try to force planners on us. (We still have them…)</p>
