<p>Doesn’t that mean a transfer student wouldn’t be able to stay in this hall?</p>
<p>Also - I got accepted as a transfer student for Summer, does this mean Summer A? Summer A/B? Summer C? How will I go about applying to Ragans for the entire summer? Do I have to wait for Summer A housing to open to do that?</p>
