<p>I have lived in portland all of my life. The rain is not that bad, it just makes spring and summer that much better. On a fall or winter day that it doesn’t rain and the sun is out, there is no better place to be than Oregon. Although, once it starts raining, it usually doesn’t stop for a while. If you absolutely hate the rain Oregon is probably not the best place for you, but to use the weather to base your college decision on is not right. especially if you are concidering Reed.</p>
