<p>And if you want house community, live in the Quad. Seriously. </p>
<p>The quad itself is beautiful on the inside and out. But once you get inside a river house, the view out the window doesn’t make up for what you actually have to live in. </p>
<p>And all river houses have pest problems.</p>
