<p>all of the unranked cadets (the first one in each class year) are usually reserved for those that were punished pretty severely (eg alcohol hits)… and technically, we’re cadet airmen (stupid knowledge bowls) and the C3C with a diamond is usually a flag or guidon bearer of some sort</p>
