- Duke (8) v. Northwestern (12)
- UVA (23) v. Michigan (26)
- Wake Forest (28) v. Wisconsin (35)
- UNC (30) v. UIUC (40)
- Boston College (34) v. Penn State (47)
6.Georgia Tech (35) v. Ohio State (57) - Miami (51) v. Minnesota (61)
- Maryland (53) v. Purdue (66)

- NC State (83) v. Michigan State (71)
- Florida State (102)

I’d say ACC generally slightly stronger except at the bottom where it’s significantly weaker. So “top to bottom”? It’s got to be the Big Ten.

On the other hand, if we add Chicago as the 12th CIC school (as is appropriate given that the CIC is the Big Ten’s academic counterpart), we get:

Duke (8) v. Chicago (8)

UVA (23) v. Northwestern (12

Wake Forest (28) v. Michigan (26)

UNC (30) v. Wisconsin (35)

Boston College (34) v. UIUC (40)
6.Georgia Tech (35) v. Penn State (47)

Miami (51) v. Ohio State (57)

Maryland (53) v. Minnesota (61)

Clemson (61) v. Purdue (66)

Virginia Tech (71) v. Iowa (66)

NC State (83) v. Indiana (71)

Florida State (102) v. Michigan State (71)

Now I’d say no question, the CIC is stronger than the ACC.
