What do you plan to do with that aerospace degree? It is a narrow degree in many countries. It is assumed that you will return to your country for your career. You can’t assume that you will be immigrated after you finish your degree.
Most US aerospace companies work with federal contracts, which require US citizenship and security clearances.
Paying $58K per year to get a degree for aerospace work, in Malaysia (?), may not work out well for you.
Financial aid is limited to non-existent for OOS and international applicants to California public universities.
