Yes on the AP scores…what scores will you have thru junior year?

I assume your family is low income since you are applying via questbridge. Do you have any other hooks?

I’ll ask again…what are your SAT/ACT test scores? What is your HS’s average score?

Hi! Apologies, I’m new to CC.

AP Human, World, Euro, Psych, APUSH, Stats, APES, Lang, and Seminar. 10 APs to send, taking 6 senior year. For the SAT I got a 1350 (the worse one of the 2) the HS average is 1003. For the ACT, I got a 30. The HS average is 21. I’m studying hardcore for the ACT for the summer.

Sounds good. You might consider sending the 30 to some schools, depending on major and your section scores.

Your 30 ACT is slightly higher than your 1350 SAT (30 ACT has concordance with 1360-1380 SAT).

Your high school’s averages seem fairly close to overall national averages.

Yeah, that’s my plan! Hopefully a higher test score to submit!

From OP’s other thread, though OP has provided updated SAT and ACT info just above:

I will say that for the schools on the QuestBridge list, they should all count as “super scholar” schools.

One of my concerns with your list is that it mainly contains the most selective (i.e. rejective) schools that partner with QuestBridge, and all the QuestBridge schools are challenging admits. So you are basically applying for the hardest of the hardest schools to get into.

I’m thirding (or whatevering) Macalester for you. If you’re okay with a woman’s college, I’d consider Scripps, as it’s part of the Claremont Consortium and you’d be allowed to take classes at Claremont McKenna, I believe, but it has a higher admit rate.
