I got a 34 ACT. Finite gets a bad reputation, but it really is not that hard. You will have an advantage over almost everyone in the class by taking stats. I had at least seen something similar to every problem type until the very end of the class from AP stats. Psych, T175, and T134 will be very easy.

K204 can be a challenging class at times, but is definitely manageable as long as you go to class. It is also definitely attainable to get an A. There are consistently classes with over 80% A- or better.

I can’t really comment a ton on W131 or E201 because I had AP credit for both of these classes, but one of my friends who also got a 30 ACT had very little trouble with E201. That same person currently has a 4.0 GPA. The only alternatives to W131 are W170 and CMLT-C 110. I had a friend who took W170 and did not enjoy it, but otherwise I don’t know much about these classes.

Basically, none of the classes you are going to take for Kelley are “easy” in a high school sense, but it is very possible to get an A in any of them as long as you do the work and study appropriately. A big reason why the intro classes often have low GPAs is that they have a bunch of unmotivated students in them. You don’t seem like an unmotivated student given that you have a 30 ACT and are very concerned about building the best schedule possible to set yourself up for academic success. I was in the same position a year ago and I was concerned about the difficulty of college, but it really is manageable. I would say that I worked moderately hard, but I definitely could have put more time into my classes and ended up with a 3.97 GPA (I suck at speaking and missed an A in C106 by 1 point). I’m not trying to brag, just saying that it’s definitely possible to do very well. I can’t think of anyone that I know that was constantly overwhelmed by work. You were accepted into Kelley for a reason and you can definitely do well.
