Rising sophomore
Honors English 10
Honors Am. Studies 10
AP Psych
Human Anatomy and Physiology (took chem and bio as a freshman)
Geometry
Spanish 3
Spanish 4 (no honors Spanish classes until Spanish 5)
Gym and Health (required by the state)
My HS is block schedule, so you can take Spanish 3 in one semester and 4 in the next. Or Geometry and Alg. 2, chemistry and bio, etc.
Sadly I’m behind in math and couldn’t “double up” because I doubled up on Spanish.

8.5. Sounds a lot like my sophomore year schedule.

Junior year:
AP Chemistry
AP Calculus AB
AP Language and Composition
AP World History
Spanish II (not offered as honors)
Seeing as my school only has five periods a day, I’ll also be self-studying for a few AP classes (not sure how many yet, most likely around 3).

I wish you best of luck at AP Chem. I heard it’s a hard class D:

**Also, like to point out to all those people complaining about a low rate, stop freaking out ;p. The Whole point of this thread is to see what others think of how rigorous your schedule is.

ALSOOOO, (wow, too many alsos -_-), please remember to rate. It’s nice you know ;p**

Junior:
AP Lang
APUSH
AP Bio
AP Calc AB
Regular Physics (no honors), trying to self study the AP Physics test (wish me luck)
French 2

Self studying AP stats.

^ Hard stuff right there, 10

Senior:

Algebra II
Physics
Pre-Calc
AP Bio.
AP Psych.
and 3 english classes

I have a hybrid schedual block/8 hours idk how that works…

I was also thinking
Human Physiology and Psychology if its a prerequisit

^8

Sophomore:

Algebra II/Trigonometry
Chemistry
English
French B2H
German B1H (fingers crossed)
Global History
Lunch (full year, everyday)
Theatre Arts

German B1H is a freshman class, and my school originally let upperclassmen take the freshman class if they wanted to take another language, but now they seem to be against it—Italian and Spanish will now have completely separate upperclassmen classes, while French and German will not be options for upperclassmen. But my guidance counselor is doing what he can to get me in. If I can’t get in, I’ll try to get into one of the Economics classes. If not, then an everyday, full-year study hall I don’t like study halls.

Doubling up on languages would be murder for me.
Objectively: 8
Subjectively: Over 9000

Upcoming Senior

Ap Lit
Ap Spanish Lang.
Ap Physics B

AP Lit
Statistics at college
College algebra at college
AP Bio
Honors physics
AP Govt
AP Micro
AP Macro
Chinese 4
Orchestra

8.7/10 - good, but I’d have chosen more difficult math and science. There’s nothing much out of the ordinary except Chinese.

As a senior:
AP Physics C
AP English Lit
Honors Japanese 7-8 (will likely take the AP as well)
AP Gov
Either AP Calc BC or honors Calc III; not sure yet (I’m in a unique situation math-wise that’d be difficult to explain concisely)
AP Computer Science
Teacher’s assistant for Video Game Development

I’m considering self-studying AP Bio and/or AP Enviro, but those’ll likely have to wait until after applications.

@emberjed unfortunately those are the hardest science classes my school offers and I can’t take AP Calc because of scheduling conflicts.

edit: 9. (my page didn’t refresh lol)
Spanish III (online)
AP Lang
AP Psych
AP US
AP Bio
AP Chem
H Algebra II

My sophomore schedule:
Honors English 10
Biology
Drivers Ed
Gym (required :P)
Creative Writing
World Cultures
French I
French II
Geometry
Algebra II

I know mine isn’t really very hard, but only juniors and seniors get to take any good classes. Sophomores and freshman always have to take a lot of required courses and prerequisites :(

8/10 - You get to take French I and French II in the same year? Weird. Good choice doubling up on maths. And I love Creative Writing. My school never runs it, but I wish it did. World Cultures sounds moderately interesting, haha.

Senior year:
AP Lit
AP Calc BC
AP Psych
AP Stats
AP Bio
Honors Anatomy and Physiology II

Transferring to larger schools with many new Ap’s. Took Chem, lit, art history, Apush& Calc Ab Sophomore year, just to explain why I had lit and chem before human and world. Open to any advice on changing, not sure if Physics is B or C, but I will self study both C’s if its B. Other classes I can switch in are Ap stats, comp sci, or Us Government.
