I’m not sure if anyone can answer your question without more info. You will need to know how many transferable credits you have from high school and the number from CC. You also need to make sure you get near 4.0 grades to make the likelihood to transfer higher. Probably doesn’t hurt to keep doing extra curricular activities as well, I’d presume.
However, it can definitely be done. I know students who have transferred in one year. But that was 30 years ago. I’m sure it can happen now as well.
Ask your cc advisors and UCSD.
