<p>They can’t make money because they are prohibited from going into businesses where they could make LOTS of money - such as beer and wine delivery. (They have the trucks, the distribution centers, the web, the personnel, the knowledge of the routes, and are in every small town.)</p>
<p>It is a suffering business model because Congress deliberately turned it into a suffering business model. Give them back the $5 billion a year SURPLUS for eight years, allow them to invest freely in delivery businesses, and they’d be booming!</p>
