<p>Bill S. 1789, the 21 st Century Postal Service Act, co-sponsored by Sens. Joe Lieberman (I–Conn.), Susan Collins (R-Maine), Tom Carper (D-Del.) and Scott Brown (R-Mass.) would allow the USPS to deliver beer, wine and liquor. I find it interesting 3 of the 4 senators represent New England and Tom Carper (Del) is a Yankee, too. It would have been beneficial if senators from the south and liberal west/PMW also had been co-sponsors. ;)</p>
