<p>Earlier notification may benefit Northwestern. I mean, many schools won’t send notification until the end of March or early April, so an earlier notice from Northwestern may sway more students, who are more or less undecided, towards Northwestern. It also allows them to more easily process the wait list and financial aid in the weeks after.</p>
<p>Oh, didn’t notice it said “by” April 15th on the CDS. ***… Why don’t they just tell us what date they sent it.</p>
<p>guys, this thread is pointless. we already figured it out on “when do we find out?” an admin rep friend of mine told me next weekend. depending on your interpretation of “late next week”.</p>
<p>So basically, the same time all the other decisions come out. How very dull.</p>
